KWS BioTest appoints first Non-Executive Director

Bristol, UK, 25th July 2011 - Leading preclinical CRO, KWS BioTest, has today announced that Sean Marett has been appointed to their Board of Directors in a non-executive capacity.

Sean brings a vast array of commercial experience with him, acquired through various positions at both small and large biotech companies over the past decade, including GSK, Evotec, and Lorantis. With KWS BioTest fast expanding in both the infection and immunology disease areas, his market-led experience should prove invaluable.

Currently, Sean is employed as Managing Director of the Product Development Services Group at NextPharma Technologies Holding Ltd. He commented about his new appointment at KWS: “I’m really pleased to get involved in helping this young, rapidly growing company to expand.
