The non-clinical track for 2011 will cover discovery and early development. Presentations will cover discovery biology, lead optimisation, medicinal chemistry, drug substance early scale up, drug product formulation strategies and approaches to toxicology at the discovery/early development interface. The programme will largely focus on NCE (New Chemical Entity) CMC challenges.
